      Program Analyst Interview

      16 Apr 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Washington, DC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OSTP (Washington, DC) in Aug 2009

      Interview

You get notified by a staffer who actually works in the office. The interview is then a group interview with the other staffers in the office. Note they appear to not have read your resume. So sell yourself assuming that they don't know anything about you. Also be neutral about your positions on issues. Make sure you come across as neutral and don't let them ask you questions that might lead you to reveal your politics.
