I was called on the phone and I was thoroughly interviewed not only by HR - who also had a handout of OSF expectations that I was in total agreement with - but also the dept Mgr and 2 peers. This process required 3 trips to St. Mary Hospital.

They had many questions pertaining to the position. Some were those - tell me about a situation where ... and how you handled it - type of questions, but most were more specific to the position.
