Interview
Introduced to company by recruiter on LinkedIn. Process went with exchanged emails, then phone call with the recruiter, and then an in-person interview with the recruiter and a technical skills interviewer. Received offer quickly after that, although the general intelligence contracting process can take several months from that point, and would involve further interviews with the prime contracting company, clearance processing, and so on.
The hiring and interview process was really laid back and consisted of the recruiting staff and one of the analysts that worked at the client site. Overall very smooth, efficient and professional.
