Interview
After a phone interview, I was asked to prepare a presentation based on an account brief. I presented this to two members of my prospective team. I was then asked to tweak my presentation and I presented this time in front of three OH employees. Overall, it was a great experience. The team was very relaxed and I felt completely comfortable around them. I was able to learn a lot and I'm grateful for the experience.
It was straightforward, with one initial screening call and second round of interview with the presentation. Lovely overall, without too much effort. But progression is slower than in the other agencies

Interview
2 interviews with a presentation, first interview was about my cv, background, work experience and skills. second interview was a presentation of a any therapy area I wanted. The interview went well but the HR/recruiter were not so helpful. I had to contact the recruiter for updates about my interviews instead of them.
Good experience. Friendly and relaxed and opportunities to put your best self across. Time to ask questions too which was good as could understand company and team structure and culture
