I completed the first interview stage and was then invited to take part in a technical assessment, which required implementing a coding exercise and submitting full source code. I delivered the assessment within the requested timeline, but I never received any confirmation that it was received. I followed up multiple times over several weeks and still did not get any response or update on my application. Unfortunately, the process ended with no communication at all. The initial interaction was positive, but the lack of follow-up after the assessment was disappointing and unprofessional. It would have been helpful to receive at least an acknowledgement or a brief update, especially after investing significant time into the technical task.
