OMP Infrastructure Support Engineer interview questions

The interview process was highly disorganized and characterized by a severe lack of communication. It began with the HR recruiter failing to attend the initial scheduled virtual screening without sending any prior notice or cancellation email. I had to proactively reach out just to find out the meeting wasn't happening. After eventually completing the final-round technical interviews, the process came to a complete halt. I was entirely ghosted by the HR department for over 9 weeks and till now. I received zero proactive communication, no feedback, and no status updates. Instead of the basic professional courtesy of a rejection or an update, I was left completely in the dark. The entire experience felt like a massive waste of time.
