Gave me the job after about five minutes of talking to me, even though I had a little experience. Should have been a red flag. They have such a high turnover, but they will hire people almost instantly because they need workers.

It was quick and easy. You basically sit down with the manager or director and answer simple questions about your experiences about people you have worked with in the past. They are very nice and easy going.
