Very thorough interview process. I had 4 separate interviews:
1 - Meeting w/ Office Manager (checking for initial culture fit)
2 - Meeting w/ HR and department head
3 - Technical Interview (round table with other current employees in the role I applied for)
4 - Culture Interview (round table with other current employees)
The culture dynamic is clearly very important to them. OMG wants to hire for culture first, skills second, it seems. I have a feeling this is what leads to a low turnover rate.
