Very straightforward, nice people, more like a convo instead of a stressful thing. No big technical questions. A lot of personality questions and experience. Overall very seamless. Nice people makes better. A few rounds of interviews
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OM BPM (Ahmedabad) in Jan 2022
Interview
Since this is a startup, I was not willing to give interview. But on HR's request I had given the interview.
Almost all the questions were answered correctly and in the end the interviewer have asked me about my current CTC and expectations (he has not supposed to asked it).
I was calling them to know the feedback but they were not picking my call and answering my messages.
So don't tell you salary or expectations to person other than HR.
