The overall interview process is efficient and smooth.
Interviewed with Talent Acquisition, Reporting Manager, Head of Department, HR. The questions have covered both functional and scenario questions. The interviewers are very friendly and considerate.
Efficient and fast, turnaround times were quick and there were 5 rounds of interview, 4 rounds of product and 1 round with HR. These were completed in less than 2 months. its usually 1 week after another.

HR Initial Call – The recruiter introduced the overall process, team business, role expectations.
First Round – Business Interview – Two interviewers conducted a structured conversation based on my resume. They were friendly and gave time at the end for Q&A.
Second Round – In-Depth Product Interview – A more detailed discussion focusing on domain expertise, problem-solving, and product thinking. The interviewer was professional and thoughtful.
Third Round – HRBP Interview – This round focused on motivation, industry understanding, long-term expectations, and logistical topics such as visa status.
Final HR Discussion – Discussion about interview performance, offer details, and next steps.

Throughout the OKX interview process, I underwent a total of seven rounds of interviews, encompassing two rounds with the collaborative team and cross-interviews. Overall, my impression was that OKX maintains a rigorous and prudent approach to recruitment.
