Applied online, took about 1 week to process the application. The interview took more than an hour, from filling in personal details & some questions about yourself, was interviewed by two managers later on. The manager explained about the job scope. It was an ask and answer session.

What was the most challenging thing you’ve faced in the past and how did you resolve it ?
Interviewed regional manager with HR present. Talked about banking related products and the environment of the job. HR then said that they will call back again if they want to extend a job offer. Received the call from HR about the job offer a few hours later.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OCBC (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2022

I go for the walk-in interview. They helped explaining in great length regarding the Personal Banker Programme and help me understand on the situation that i might face and possible challenges.
Had an interview with two managers at a local OCBC bank , the experience was pleasant . The interviewers are friendly . It was a more casual , relaxed interview compared to other interviews I’ve been through .
