Interview
It was pretty ok, both interviewers are friendly (hiring manager and HR). Questions being asked during the interview were pretty common for a panel interview. They just wanna see how keen you want this job despite of long working hours.
The hiring manager also talked about the pros (incentives) and cons (long working hours).

straightforward, most of the interview questions was assessing whether you have the potential to sell, what have you learnt from previous jobs, what makes you think you can sell, and Q&A
Easy going interview, causal tone, more like a conversation to understand and size you.
Went through 2 rounds of interview 1 with district head another with the branch manager. HR interview more as a follow up.

Interview
Easy with the cluster manager and HR at OCBC center. Received an offer from them soon after. Very sales centric as they asked what motivates you. Applied via referral but this means that you will be assigned to the cluster that you have been referred from.
