Interview
The managers will get to know you and give you a brief explanation of what the interview will entail. They will ask competency based questions (Situational questions) and also see what you know about O2 so research the company and mentions Gurus, Refresh (The contracts), 2 priority and also how they support the NSPCC. To answer the situational questions use STAR model.

It was an easy process, I had a call just 30 minutes after I submitted my application. On the day, I had thorough questions to answer, hypothetical situations and how to I would react during this experience.
Strength Based interview , there are 10-15 questions . All strength based but they are fairly easy and should not pose a threat as long as you are prepared.
Examples : Tell me about yourself , Do you prefer to start a task or finish it ?
Mostly based on teamwork, but there are some elements of self-reliance that you have to hit.
Very easy relaxed interview. Pretty straightforward questions and very easy to answer just come prepared and be confident and you will do just fine and get the job. Be specific in your answers and be calm and collected.
