I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts in May 2009
Interview
The experience was very welcoming, there is an excellent store manager at this Oreilly Auto Parts Store who I met with over the parts counter getting an oil filter, and I asked if she was hiring. I smiled and confidently shook her hand and took an application. I turned the application in and in a few days she called me back with an offer. I needed a job so I accepted the job, and here I am, enjoying what I do!
