The interview was rather laid back. I had a short phone interview with someone in HR and an in-person interview with a technical recruiter a couple of days later. The questions were fairly typical.....a mix of questions concerning my past experiences/technical skills (and how they would relate to this position) and personality-type questions (strengths, weaknesses, situational, etc.) I felt the interview went well and got that feeling from the technical recruiter who interviewed me. However, about a week later, I was informed that there was an "overwhelming" number of applicants for this position and I was not chosen to move forward in the application process (second interview with hiring manager). I wasn't provided with any feedback other than the hiring manager didn't select me.
