I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at O Positiv
Interview
Several rounds and each one was timely and asked normal questions. The people were fine to talk to. I was also an employee referral so I felt pretty good about getting the job but then they had me sign an NDA and do 10+ hours of unpaid work for them and sent me a generic rejection. I’ve never had a company ask me to do unpaid work for them before a job starting, sign an NDA so I can’t actually talk about it and then not hire me.
I applied online. I interviewed at O Positiv (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Interview process was super informal, with no technical questions. The interview process was fast, but confusing as there seemed to be lack of clear expectations for success in the role, and growth at the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at O Positiv in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was really smooth and moved quickly. It started with a screening call with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager and CMO together, and the final round was an in-person interview with the CEO. Everyone I met was super friendly, and the whole process from the first interview to the offer took about four weeks. I hadn’t done an in-person interview in years, but it was nice visiting the office and meeting the CEO to hear about their vision for the future and get a feel for what the work would be like
