I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at O'Neill Patient Solicitors (Hazel Grove, England) in Sept 2019
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. You're hauled in by a recruiter and then asked about yourself. The likelihood is even if you completely mess your answers up, you'll still get the job; the turnaround is like something I've never seen before.
I interviewed at O'Neill Patient Solicitors (Stockport, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
Friendly interviewer.
I was given the opportunity to ask my own questions. Found out later that this helped me get the role as allowed me to stand out to the interviewer.
Was asked about previous experience and how I would be a good fit.
Very informal, didn't seem to be a particular structure to it and they seemed to be in a rush to hire. I spoke about my experience and then asked some questions about the firm, training and progression.

Question 1
Can't recall. It wasn't structured in the typical competency-based interviewing style, more of an informal chat about my experience.
