If you apply through linkedin you get an answer very fast. After the interview the manager will contact the HR and you’ll receive emails about your process. The interview is always at some of the company hotels, so make sure that you read about it

Questions about yourself, where do you live, if you’re not irish they will ask why you choose Dublin to live, discuss your experiences and your English level. They’ll ask if you know about the company, if you worked in a hotel before

Interview
It was a short interview (10-15 min) with simple questions like "Why would you like to work with us?"/"What skills do you have?"/"Tell me about your previous experience.". Overall it was easy and the interviewer was very friendly.
