I was invited for an interview in their offices. After a very brief chat with one of the engineers, I was sent to a room with a piece of paper full of questions. I had to solve everything on the paper and contact them when i'm done. It took an entire work day. The engineer came to check up on me once, but other than that there was no interaction. No one to explain my thought process to. I waited weeks before they contacted me to let me know if the process continues. Then there was another phone interview which took about 2.5 hours. Eventually they tried to convince me to take a position very different than what I interviewed for, which I obviously did not want, so I declined. The entire process was very disappointing.
