Interview
The interview process was overall positive and well-organized. It included an initial phone call, a second English phone interview, a home assignment, and two interviews (medical and data).
The team was transparent, reasonable, and respectful throughout the process, and clearly explained decisions even when things were not straightforward. The process ended at the medical interview stage
