The HR called me to screen and schedule interview. First time phone interview with the architect, lasted around 15 minutes, then he asked for an on-site interview in his office the next day. Overall the conversation was friendly but lack of focus points and no technical questions at all. No news after interview even sending follow up email to the HR .
