Came in as a "temp"--got an offer to become permanent 4 months in. There was no interview for the temp position but the permanent position did require an interview.

Question 1
Since they deal with producing vitamins, they asked me what I were to do should my machine fail during production. The company takes any set back VERY SERIOUSLY.
