Most strange and unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. Applicants were first required to take a make shift math test, answering strange math equations by hand. Having worked in banks, I know that no one would ever be required to do this as a teller, because if the system were down transactions could not take place. Then the next step was a group interview, which was uncomfortable to say the least.
