It is customary to contact a candidate via telephone call or email once they have attended an Interview to let them know if they have been unsuccessful or successful. This has not happened especially as I have emailed requesting an update. Any feedback from my interview would have been appreciated, to assist me going forward. I felt undervalued and found the lack of a response unprofessional.
