The pipeline was first a technical phone screen, then a day of onsite interviews with relevant future coworkers, then an onsite with a founder. Quick and efficient email interaction with a recruiter between each of these stages. After the interview process was over the recruiter was very helpful in answering any questions regarding the company. I was quite pleased with the caliber of interviewers and their behavior towards me as a candidate. They were primarily interested in understanding how I approach problems and what previous work I had done that was relevant.

The recruiter was very friendly and nice but not too knowledgeable about the role The phone screening with one of the team members from data platform team was terrible. She sounded very condescending and she didn’t provide much details to her background and what she does at the company. She sounded like she hates her job. Big red flag.
