      Research Associate Interview

      18 Jan 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Numerator in Oct 2020

      Interview

The process was lengthier than I feel it should have been. I applied and heard back after two weeks, and my interview was scheduled for another week after that. After speaking with a recruiter I was invited to do two assessments, one for personality and another for aptitude. They gave me a few days to prepare. After another week, I interviewed with the hiring manager and was asked to complete a case study. They gave me a few days to complete that as well. After a week of deliberation, I completed a final interview which was initially set to be done with a panel, but it ended up just being one of the team managers. After another week, I was told that I did not get the job, but that they were considering me for another position. I then interviewed with a recruiter in that department, but was told after a few days that they would rather have someone in office instead of remote. Total emotional roller coaster.
