I interviewed at Nuffield Health (London, England)
Interview
I had a phone interview before the actual in person interview. Every questions were pretty much similar like the competency based and why do you want to work there. The question that caught me off guard was 'what is the recent medical article that you read and what fascinated you?'

Question 1
What do you know about Nuffield health.
What’s one thing you’ve read about in the media health and wellness based and what did you conclude from this ?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nuffield Health in Nov 2025
Interview
Submitted application then invited to virtual interview within 48 hours. First interview is competency based with the usual questions e.g. Tell me about a time… you faced a challenge, you worked in a team, you overcame something etc. then specific ones some related to the role e.g. the difference between health and wellbeing and the pillars of each, tell me about a paper you read recently and what the results were etc…
Interview went well and was told I had progressed to next stage (in person interview) and had booked in for the next interview, but next day received an email that I would be told in a few days whether I was successful and few days later flat out rejected without reason. Struggled to understand why I was successful during the interview but the next day they weren’t sure and a few days after was not. Asked for feedback twice but have not received any.
