It was a very general interview where they seemed not to really care who they interview and didn't have any passion for the interview. It felt very impersonal. It was in front of a board of about 6 people from desk positions to floor positions.

What previous experience was applicable to this role?
It was good. Both technical and psychological questions. Standard interview format, nothing special. It was on Teams with two workers of the company, one from the department that was hiring and the other from HR.
