Panel interview where three guys read the interviewer questions from a sheet. It is the basic stuff where they ask about your best this or worst that and how you handled some hard vague situation.

Long and time consuming- submit application, wait at least a month, take an assessment, and do in person interviews with 2 or 3 panels of 3 people each. Seemed like it could have all been accomplished in one day instead of spread out over months
