Interview
The hiring process was pretty straight forward, the interview is pretty normal. Just go in, be yourself and you should be just fine. If you get offered the job (takes a day or two) the you go in and start filling out the paperwork, do a background check and drug screening. Once you are cleared to start working the training begins.

The questions are pretty topical, they ask about your experience and why you would be good at this job. They also asked to tell you good qualities and you bad qualities (which can be a bit tough.

Interview
First interview was brief. What have I done? What am I looking for? What are you 3 strongest attributes? Rate your people skills. Followed by a brief description of the company and mission.
Make sure you dress sharp. The company works with Fortune 500 companies. So dress to impress.
After 1st interview I invited back for a second interview where they explained the position, company growth, history, compensation, benefits, etc. Why should we consider you?
Great! Got the job. After drug test and background cleared I was good to go.
