I submitted all my documents through the UWO job portal and had a brief introductory interview initially, discussing my strengths and weaknesses with the hiring manager. I received a reply within a week for another interview with the Senior Engineer I was supposed to work with. He asked more technical questions about my volunteering experiences and project work, and how those experiences and my behaviour work together.
