The interview was very calm. The interviewer went through behavior questions and answered alot of my questions. They talked about their experience and discussed the overview of the process is done at the clayton site.

As part of the hiring process, I had to prepare a case study in advance. They sent me all the information I needed, and I had some time to work on it before the interview. I made sure to go through everything carefully and put together a clear and thoughtful answer based on what they were asking for. After I submitted the case study, I went to an in-person interview with the managers. I presented what I had worked on, explained my thinking, and answered some follow-up questions. We also talked about my past experience, what I’m good at, and how I could fit into their team. The managers were friendly and asked good questions, and I also got to ask about the company and the role.

Had CV in talent pipeline, and received a call out of nowhere. Went to the interview, and had a pleasant experience. Couple of days later i am informed that they had an internal candidate lined up all along, and did not get the job
