There are 3 rounds. Telephonic, face to face with technical experts and lastly wid director of the department. During first round they check on your communication and interpersonal skills. Second round is technical and third round is with director who approves you.

Interview was good. Not so with technical knowledge but more of commitment amd basic overall experience. U better be prepared about what do u do im everyday basis and that's enough. Not much of problems. The director round was cool as well. But the only thing they talk again and again is we don't give promotion every yr so are you comfortable to join? Now the bad part. Very bad. Dont keep hopes after interview. After u give interview u might get the offer after 6months also and they won't tell u reasons. You call they don't remember. I got the call and offer after 3 months.
