I had applied for the Global Product Manger role at Novo Nordisk Bangalore and was reached out by them to schedule an interview. The HR scheduled an interview the next day which I accepted and confirmed my availability for the same. However, on the day of interview I did not receive any call from the interviewer at the scheduled time. I waited for half an hour and then emailed the HR to inform that I haven't received any call and asked the reason for this, but never got any response from them. I followed up on this again a couple of days later and still did not hear back. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I cant believe that a company like NN has such a sloppy and unprofessional hiring process.

I was hired as an external consultant for 1 year. The agency that recruited me shared my CV with the hiring manager. A few days after that, I was invited for an interview where I needed to present the case. Firstly, the interview was supposed to be online but there were some difficulties with connection on their end, so we agreed to meet in their office the next day. I had to go through my presentation and after that, I was asked a few questions by the hiring manager. Questions like: what is a good day in the office for you, what do you expect from your manager, to say something about yourself and similar. The interview took around 30-40 minutes. Besides the hiring manager, there was another team member present in the meeting room. It was a pleasant experience.
