Interview
3 rounds generally, including a written test. You should know the basics of guidelines and current scenario. The personal interview mainly consist of basic questions to know the potentiality of the candidate
It involved typical interview process expected from medical writing related interviews - with first a screening interview with the recruiter - and then you move on to 1 on 1 interview with with the manager - then finally an interview with 3 or so other people in the medical writing department.

Interview
Applied online Friday evening. Received an email for a phone interview following Monday. Phone interview was standard HR questions. Received an email follow-up about a week later for an in person interview. There were 5 1:1 interviews followed by a writing test. Pretty standard converting a presentation to an abstract. Had 1 hour. Unfortunately I was so nervous I don't think I did to well. Overall great experience, really friendly people who love their jobs.
