interview process is simple where one written round and another is coding round is been conducted and after that face to face. If we clear them, then they tell their work culture and provides offer letter.

There were 4 rounds. Technical round was very easy, on basic Java. 2nd round was Technical+Managerial Round where there was nothing technical that was discussed, it was more on processes and how a project is functioning. The attitude of Interviewer was such that she knows everything and the interviewee has very little knowledge in front of her, even though she was not a technical person judging a technical person. So questions like moving to Faridabad was a high priority for her, and how do you proceed on finding RCA of an issue, which when answered is something she will remove, and then abruptly closing the call on discussing salary expectations.
