Interview
The recruiter moved you through the process very quickly. Called by 2 recruiters before something was set up with the hiring manager. there was no follow up, I had to email repeatedly to see what was the next step. I prefer a process that the recruiter will send an email or someone will give feedback. it felt like big pharma in the process.
Screening with Recruiter, an in house one, then moved to a virtual meeting with Hiring manager, a separate virtual Manager then back to the hiring manager by phone who made the final decision.

Interview
I had two interviews, one with HR and one with two managers. After the second interview, I haven't received any feedback. It's like I fell into a void. I've reached out to the HR person a few times and she says she hasn't gotten any feedback about next steps. It's been almost two months since my last interview.
