The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Novartis (East Hanover, NJ) in Apr 2011
Interview
I was referred by someone that works at Novartis, got an email to come in for an interview. I had 1:1 interviews with 5 different people back to back. They asked me basic questions, nothing too difficult.

Question 1
What is something you had to do in a short period of time and how did you do it?
One interview via Teams, about 30 minutes of general questions, followed by what I thought was going to be a second interview but rather, a meeting to tell me I was getting the job

Question 1
How would you go about solving an issue between two members of your team?
3 rounds, all behavioral. A lot of it seemed very repetitive as I was being asked a lot of the same questions by different people. They have extremely long wait times and response times between interviews.
two rounds of interview, first with a postdoc and then with the team. Questions on single cell biology sequencing and analyes, and how would I approach it. Also basic statistics questions, and some on your past relevant projects
