As an experienced professional I had several opportunities to take interviews with various companies. Some were very professional able to communicate and argument that I would apply again if another opportunity appears and others were not. Novartis was the worst of all. The team doesn’t communicate and gives the feeling as process is more important than people. Judge for yourself: After 3 weeks of sending my application I received a request for a screening interview. One week after I had another interview with the hiring manager, who invited me for another interview with team members, to take place in a week. As after 2 weeks there was no feedback, I send a kind reminder, no reply. So, I assumed it is no go for this role. However, 6 weeks later, out of the blue, I got a phone call if I could take the next day, the interview with the team. I was surprised but I thought okay perhaps they had some difficulty to get the team members together and I agreed. One month later again no news and no reply to my reminder… In the same while, on my profile, I still see that I am in the interview process. But, as this already takes too long, I decided to withdraw my application and guess what? You cannot! Would you join such a culture?!!! …..
