3 rounds of interview - an hour each. 1. First round purely on resume and expectations from the role. Both the interviewers were very engaging. 2. Second round - scenarios and detailed discussion and questions around accomplishment in previous roles. Interviewer asked situational questions and was very professional. 3. Third round - HR related. Before this round I was asked to submit all the employment related documents and pay slips etc. Was a positive discussion and compensation was discussed. HR even explained their offer. The break up and other benefits were well explained. 4. Forth round - a disengaged and lazy looking interview. Interviewer showed no interest in asking questions or listening to the answers. Made me think if he had a bad day and was making faces to just get done with the call. No response after this call. Neither does I receive the offer letter nor did the HR have the courtesy to send and email.
