Simple straight forward with interviews and visit that gives you a chance to meet the other providers and see the location. Generally an 8 week process overall, though so that was burdensome.

Interview
An internal recruiter coordinated the process. They were friendly. There were multiple rounds of interviews followed by a site visit. The interviews were mostly casual conversations and opportunities to ask questions.
