HR will call you after you apply if they are interest in interviewing you. If that telephone interview with HR goes well they will then forward your resume to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will select your resume and contact you to set up an interview if they feel like you are a good candidate to fill the position. With covid they are now doing in person interviews using zoom on your computer or phone. If the hiring manger wants to make you the job offer HR will call you and make you an offer. If you accept, HR will send you an acceptance letter and a list and directions of how to upload forms they need for onboarding. You will also sign up for an employee health physical and drug screening. After that you make an appt to get your badge made. After the background check, drug screen, forms and physical and all is good, they will tell you the friday before estimated start date time.
