It was a half hour interview. The interviewer was really nice. The interview questionnaire did not seem completely relevant. The interviewer wanted to know about my interest in security. There were questions about linux command, TCP/UDP, explaining any concept in an easy concise manner etc

They hosted a company talk at our university and I went to listen. I asked them a few questions during the talk and also talked to them afterward. Later that week I got a phone call and an interview scheduled and went in for an interview a few days later.

Interview
Given a list of questions, and answered them aloud, demonstrating thought process. Some questions were a bit difficult, but ultimately, fairly straightforward. Interviewer helped through some questions, but generally allowed me to come to a solution myself. Interview was very friendly, and after the technical part of the interview, we talked about various other things, which really reinforced the friendly atmosphere of the company.

I was notified by the project manager about a week or two after applying. The interview took 30 minutes, most of the questions being behavioral and others being about the style of work at Novacoast.
