Interview
A casual interview that asked about my current experience and interests. It was followed by a brief technical interview that wasn't expecting you to know the right answer, but was looking to see how you responded to them. The interview process has changed since I've interviewed however.

Interview
I was notified by the project manager about a week or two after applying. The interview took 30 minutes, most of the questions being behavioral and others being about the style of work at Novacoast.

Interview
Given a list of questions, and answered them aloud, demonstrating thought process. Some questions were a bit difficult, but ultimately, fairly straightforward. Interviewer helped through some questions, but generally allowed me to come to a solution myself. Interview was very friendly, and after the technical part of the interview, we talked about various other things, which really reinforced the friendly atmosphere of the company.
