I submitted my resume via the Career Fair and was brought in to interview a few weeks later. The in person interview first involved talking about my interests as a software developer, as well as going over company culture. Afterwards we went over the projects in my resume, just to elaborate. After this I was handed a piece of paper with a few technical questions (mostly recognition).
