Nova Systems Graduate Engineer interview questions

Online application followed by phone interview and then 1:1 in office. Interviewers were local managers or management representatives (with some junior graduates involved to ask questions as well). Led to quick review and job offer shortly after.

HR people were quick to reply. The process included a Skype interview, in person interview, and psychometric testing. Was given an option for which location I would prefer.
