First, there was a short screening call with the recruiter, followed by an interview with HR. It took a very long time to receive any feedback after the second interview. Both HR and the recruiter stopped responding, and I ultimately had to reach out to another recruiter in the company. This behavior felt unacceptable and disrespectful.
