It was a pleasant experience, and extremely fresher friendly. The process was more about assessing one's capacity to do the job, rather than assessing knowledge of the industry. There were several rounds of interviews, and all of them were fairly intuitive. If one has basic communication skills and is able to have an understand how to be client centric, it should not be a hard task.
