My technical questions went well and I recieved the same feedback. I am currently working in Microsoft and there was an interviewer who never worked in Microsoft but had a very strong opinion against Microsoft. He said to me people working in Microsoft do not have much coding experience because they tend to spend a lot of time on designing and doing other stuff. Also people from the Microsoft aren't mature in coding. Unfortunately this person was also the hiring manager of the team. I felt there was an Anti - Microsoft attitude and I just wasted my precious time interviewing for the team. I can't generalise the whole company's opinion based on one team but I had a very bad experience during the interview. I have interviewed with startups and I already have 5 other offers but I have never seen such immature interviewers. I hope they learn the skills of keeping their personal opinions about the company atleast during the interview in front of the candidate.
