I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nothing Bundt Cakes (Dublin, CA) in May 2019
Interview
I applied online and got an email back a day later. When I went in for an interview they had me fill out a paper application, on top of the online one. We had the interview outside, the manager was really kind and respectful. I applied for Guest Service Representative but they offered me a position as a froster.

Interview
Phone interview to start asking about general skills and why my skills aligned to a fast-paced, customer-centric position. I then came in for an in-person interview and was hired on the spot.
My interviewer wanted to hear about any previous job experience, such as cashier roles or host roles. You could talk about volunteering as well, any experience you had. They asked standard background questions like if you were in school, what you were studying.

Interview
Asks questions based on what work experience you tell them. Read the motto they follow and be ready to tell them which one describes you and why. A lot of customer service questions and what would you do in situations.
